GENERAL HELP

  1. We CAN help you with your artwork and design.
  2. We prefer vector files with fonts as outlines – eg Adobe Illustrator (CS4 compatible), Corel Draw X3, Inkscape.
  3. We ship by courier only – no exceptions. We ship anywhere!
  4. General turnaround time is 5-7 working days, but if you need stickers in a hurry ask and we will try.
  5. Our Minimum order is $95 + gst for digital print, $70+gst for vinyl die cut stickers.
  6. We work in MM – 10mm = 1cm :-)

PRESIZED STICKERS

  1. Our Quantities and sizes are fixed. We can’t change these.
  2. We cannot print white on clear stock as we use a CMYK process.
  3. Lighter colors on clear may have some degree of transparency.

DIGITAL PRINT AND CUT STICKERS

  1. Our minimum order is $95+gst for custom digital print and cut stickers.
  2. For custom kiss cut paths please make them pink, .25pt thick and clearly labelled.
  3. If you need a bleed please make it 3mm and clearly labelled.
  4. We cannot print white on clear stock as we use a CMYK process.
  5. Lighter colors on clear may have some degree of transparency.
  6. We can print on regular vinyl through to premium engineers grade vinyl

ARTWORK HELP

  1. For the best quality we recommend Vector files from a program like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or a free program like inkscape.
  2. For amazing free illustrator help, we recommend using www.spoongraphics.co.uk.
  3. We recommend all files are 300dpi
  4. We can print off any file, but the quality is entirely dependent on the file you supply!
  5. All fonts to be converted to Outlines, or the original font files attached and emailed. To convert fonts to outlines in illustrator, Choose Type > Create Outlines or click CMD SHIFT O. Font files can be found in library/fonts on a mac, or windows/fonts on a PC.
  6. If you need a bleed, please make it 3mm and clearly shown.
  7. Please embed all images.
  8. For all cut paths, please make the line pink and .25-.5pt thick.

SHIPPING

  1. We only ship by courier – pickups are not available unless pre-arranged. We use Courier Post.

We prefer internet transfer for payment, and we use an paypal for our secure credit card payments.
